Steven is an experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) specialist and secondary maths educator with a strong focus on inclusive teaching practices. With a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics and extensive experience working with neurodivergent learners, Steven has developed and implemented practical, high-impact strategies that support students with SEN and diverse learning needs.

Currently teaching in Singapore, Steven has played a key role in developing SEN-focused curriculum pathways, designing differentiated instruction, and leading professional development sessions for colleagues on embedding inclusive strategies in mainstream classrooms. His work includes integrating visual supports, structured teaching methods, and adaptive communication strategies to create accessible and engaging learning environments.
