Sherry Peng

With over a decade of international teaching and leadership experience, I’m passionate about building student success and teacher growth through coaching, curriculum leadership, and bilingual education. I’ve led English-Chinese bilingual programs, mentored teachers, and guided teams through curriculum alignment and instructional excellence. As a former Head of Grade and Student Success Coach, I’ve supported students in setting meaningful goals, tracking progress, and owning their learning journey.

My work extends beyond the classroom—conducting teacher PD workshops, parent talks, and coaching presentations. I am an ICF-certified coach and Enneagram practitioner, committed to embedding coaching practices into school culture to foster reflection, collaboration, and student-centered learning.

I’m eager to partner with forward-thinking schools to develop coaching frameworks, elevate instructional practices, and support both educators and students in thriving communities of growth.
