Deacon Manu

Deacon Manu is an IB SEHS Teacher and Assistant Head of Year 13 at Dulwich College (Singapore), with a rich background in elite sport, leadership, and education. A former professional athlete, he has coached both emerging and elite talent, delivered keynote speeches on resilience and teamwork, and holds degrees in science, business, and strategic management. Drawing on experiences as a certified free diver and competitive jump rope athlete, Deacon specialises in developing leaders and high-performing teams by blending high-performance sports strategies with personal and professional growth. Through his work in education, coaching, and community initiatives, he helps others thrive—on and off the field.
