Lau-Ed Training

Clare Lancaster is Director of Lau-Ed training which delivers high-quality training focused on safeguarding, mental health, neurodiversity and holistic education. With a background as an Educational Psychologist and Safeguarding leadership experience across top international schools in Singapore (Tanglin Trust School and UWCSEA) as well as UK local authorities, she works to strengthen safeguarding systems, promote wellbeing, and support neurodiverse learners. A master trainer in LivingWorks ASIST and safeTALK, she delivers engaging, evidence-informed training on safeguarding, suicide prevention, child development, and inclusive practice. Known for building capacity across school communities, Clare partners with educators, leaders, and schools to create safer, more supportive environments where all young people can thrive.
