Description:

Executive function (EF) and self-regulation skills are the mental processes that enable us to plan, focus attention, remember instructions, and juggle multiple tasks successfully. Difficulties in EF are common for many students with neurodiversities. This workshop will talk through the areas of cognitive/mental flexibility, working memory and impulse-control, providing some practical approaches and strategies to take away.
