Andrew has held several teaching and leadership positions in education over the past twenty-five years. The leading roles he has undertaken are varied and diverse, including head of department and faculty, curriculum coordinator, theory of knowledge coordinator, and head of inclusion. He has steered the requirements of IB and CIS accreditation by chairing learning for action and impact projects in school. He has been actively involved in CIS and IB accreditation visits and has been the lead teacher in setting up and implementing the IBCP programme in multiple schools. Andrew has worked as a school governor, parent-school liaison officer, and chair of the board (teaching). Andrew holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Bath. He earned his Post Graduate Certification in Education from the University of Exeter and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in College Counselling from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership (NPQSL: England) and a proven track record in developing school engagement through innovative and thought-provoking workshops. He is a certified IBCP and IBDP Coordinator and holds an IBDP Category 3 certification in Leading for Effective Teaching and Learning. He is a current applicant for School Visit Team Member and CIS Peer Evaluator.
