Sue Sapoan

With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, Sue has dedicated herself to making a positive impact on children and her peers development. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Teaching from Federation University, Australia, Sue has served in various leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Early Years as well as a Principal. Sue is a certified IBPYP Coordinator, with extensive expertise in managing IB curricula, mentoring teachers, and leading academic initiatives. Sue’s philosophy centers on nurturing positive learners through innovative, play-based inclusive educational practices.
