Renata McFarland

Dr. Renata McFarland is an experienced international educational consultant with nearly four decades in school leadership and program development across the U.S., Asia, and Latin America. She has served as a principal, head of school, and director in both public and international settings, specializing in founding and guiding new schools. Currently, she leads her own consultancy supporting curriculum design, policy development, and leadership coaching, while teaching in the Master’s in International Education program at Endicott College. Her work blends deep academic expertise with hands-on leadership to help schools thrive in diverse global contexts.
