Lee McFarlane

Lee has been an educator for 19 years, teaching Chemistry and Theory of Knowledge. Over the years, Lee has held various leadership roles, including Head of Department, Head of Faculty, and Head of Gifted and Talented Programmes, before stepping into the role of Vice Principal. Passionate about professional development, Lee is dedicated to supporting teachers in enhancing their practice to elevate student learning outcomes. As a CIS Accreditation evaluation team member and an HL Chemistry examiner, Lee brings a wealth of experience in curriculum leadership, school improvement, and instructional coaching.
