Benjamin Clapp

Benjamin is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years of experience across the government and independent sectors within Australia as well as international education in Singapore. As Director of Teaching and Learning (K-12) at UWCSEA East, he is committed to building cultures that inspire student learning through inquiry-based approaches. Ben brings a passion for pursuing change in a manner that unites communities for a more sustainable future. His work advocates for concept-based teaching and learning in an environment that promotes well-being and learner agency.
