Description:

Well-Being 360: Taking a Preventive Approach to Student Well-Being shares insights from a pilot pre-emptive support programme conducted by Happiness Initiative. The programme takes a data-driven approach towards student well-being by measuring key psychological factors that are predictive of students’ positive functioning. Through the data collected, valuable insights were gained into students' well-being, helping to identify areas for improvement and intervention. This presentation highlights the importance of early intervention. By addressing potential challenges early on, educators can create a supportive learning environment, empowering students to thrive academically and personally.
