Attendees will be introduced to the PERMA model of well-being and the strengths-based approach from positive psychology. They will gain practical strategies to apply the PERMA-S framework to enhance both personal and professional well-being. The session will also explore how to use strengths-based feedback to support students, build stronger relationships, and foster a deeper sense of belonging within the school community.

Key learning objectives
Attendees will be able to:
1. Navigate personal and professional challenges using the PERMA-S Wellbeing model.
2. Apply coaching questions to support students’ emotional and academic well-being.
3. Implement strengths-based feedback to boost confidence, motivation and foster a positive school culture among students and staff.
