In high performing teams, talent is one thing, but culture is everything. In this keynote, performance coach Dan Haesler will explore what is required, both at an individual and a collective level for education teams to be their best. As well as his own experience as an educator in the UK and Australia, he'll draw on his work with elite athletes and teams as well as corporate and executive leaders. This keynote will touch on aspects of mindset and psychological safety and encourage leaders to reflect on how they encourage both in their schools.
